On ground floor: large living-sitting room with TV and fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven and micro-waves), 1 bedroom with 1 55" bed, toilet, and laundry room (washing-machine and tumble dryer) en-suite with the shower-room. Upstairs: mezzanine with a 55" sofa bed with sight on the sitting room, a kind of dormitory with 5 35" sofa bed and a shower room with wc. Sun shape terrace on stilts with benches in periphery, garden furniture and parasol. Barbecue sheltered located at the basement which allows a use by all times.
