The Clévacances France Quality Charter is a contract between you the owner and your departmental body.

It defines the type of accommodation according to the national Quality Charter, the procedure and conditions for membership of the Clévacances France quality seal, the mutual commitments made by you and the departmental body, mandatory publication of prices (week or weekend) in the Clévacances catalogue, disputes procedure, quality seal promotion, etc.

The contract is signed in two copies and is tacitly renewed each year once you have agreed.

Not least, the Clévacances France Charter is a contract of trust between you, Clévacances and all its partners.
