Clévacances France has developed thanks to a real partnership between its members and the combination of their various professional skills.
The Clévacances France Charter is a charter of trust that links a range of partners within the Clévacances France network.
If you work in the tourist sector in your region and you are interested in the Clévacances France approach,
Then follow the guide.
Your guests will appreciate your hospitality backed by the guarantee and professionalism of our national network. They will be the first to express their satisfaction to others and recommend our quality seal, which is also yours.
MEMBERSHIP PROCEDURE
To receive a visit from a Clévacances inspector, you need to apply to the Clévacances departmental representative or the tourist office in your area, or through your estate agent.
Following the first inspection, which takes place in your presence or that of your representative (and in some cases a representative of the tourist office), a detailed report is made on each of your premises.
The report is submitted to the Departmental Mission for Tourist Action, to be awarded a Prefectoral classification of 1 to 5 stars according to the standards of the ministerial decree on furnished tourist accommodation.
Once you have passed these various stages, your accommodation will be awarded a Clévacances France quality seal of 1 to 5 keys (for holiday rentals) or 1 to 4 keys (for bed & breakfast), corresponding to the criteria of the national Quality Charter.
Members of the Clévacances France network are asked to pay a subscription.

Each department contributes financially to the promotion and upkeep of the quality seal at national level.
PLEASE NOTE
Membership of the Clévacances France Charter is voluntary and applies to each rental or bed & breakfast separately.
Clévacances departmental representatives decide on Clévacances application and subscription fees.
The Clévacances quality seal does not determine rental tariffs, and the landlord declares what prices are to be posted according to market conditions.
