Clévacances offers a full range of regions and seasons for a pleasant, relaxing stay in a holiday rental or bed and breakfast, by the sea, in the mountains, in the countryside or in town.

The Clévacances quality seal

Chalets, flats, villas, individual rooms or dwellings of character are available at all seasons for one or more weeks, a weekend, or a night or two. Whichever you choose, the accommodation meets stringent quality standards. Each of our holiday rentals and bed and breakfasts is regularly inspected and monitored by local tourist officials, guaranteeing the proper standard of service. The decisive factors for the Clévacances quality seal are the environment, interior decoration, facilities, and personal service. To help you choose, there are five quality standards: 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 keys (1-4 keys for bed and breakfasts).

Booking

This Clévacances website contains contact details for all the landlords, estate agents and booking services with whom you can book the accommodation you want. A telephone call or e-mail is all that is needed.

Documents

You will be sent two copies of the holiday lease agreement.

Each copy must be signed by both the tenant and the landlord or representative. Be sure to do this, because the document will be required if there is any dispute. You will also be sent at the same time a detailed description and inventory of the accommodation.

Check on arrival

The Clévacances accommodation you have booked should correspond to the description you have been sent. An official sign near the entrance shows that the accommodation belongs to the Clévacances network. A quality seal certificate clearly posted inside indicates the standard of the accommodation. It includes the quality seal approval number.
