Studio Mata is on the ground floor of a contemporary house with character and an exclusive view over the meadows. It has independent access from the reserved parking area, an entrance hall and a generous room divided into a sitting area, a dining area and a soft, double sleeping area. The adjacent shower room is fitted with a shower. The cooking area is equipped with a fridge with freezer, combined oven/microwave, 4-burner hob, extractor fan, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. Like the dining area, it has a French window giving direct access to a private 20m2 terrace with dining table, garden furniture and barbecue.

A parking space is reserved next to the flat.
