With a surface area of 120m2, it offers plenty of space and its location in the heart of an authentic landscape gives you access to the GR34 footpaths 50m away, with exceptional views over the island of Bréhat. In winter, its low-temperature underfloor heating with heat pump guarantees seaside comfort! Direct access to a terrace, not overlooked, gives you the chance to read or enjoy a quiet cup of coffee while admiring the hydrangeas in bloom or watching your children in the 1200m2 garden.
