It has been part of the Baie de Somme-Picardie Maritime Regional Nature Park since 2020. - An enclosed courtyard at the front of the house with a hard surface for children to ride their bikes, scooters, etc. A large enclosed area at the back of the house with parking, a large grassed area for football games, a trampoline, games for the little ones and a swing. - Our large 75 m² living/dining/kitchen area can easily accommodate groups of friends and/or family.
