Located close to the salt marshes, at 400m from La Bosse Beach and the wood of La Bosse, at 800m from the marina, and near the bicycle paths : set of 2 renovated houses typical from the Island of Noirmoutier giving onto a large common interior patio with terrace, barbecue area and pergola.

The first one of 70m2 includes a living room, a kitchen, two large bedrooms with a 90cm bed and a 140cm bed each, one with a velux window, the other with a French window, a shower room with Italian shower, separate toilets.

The second one of 40m2 includes a beautiful living room with kitchenette  and a sofa bed, a large bedroom with a double bed (x140) and a terrace, a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Separate toilet. You have a closed courtyard to park 2 to 3 cars. Animals accepted with prior authorization. Possibility of renting bed linen and towels.
