The villa in Messanges is a new build designed by Sandrine to be a proper holiday home: a warm, lively and comfortable place where you feel at home from the very moment you arrive.

Here, everything encourages you to enjoy the holiday pace, with activities to suit all tastes and everyone, shared moments and opportunities to relax.

From the villa, you can cycle safely to the sea and the beaches via the cycle path. Surfing, long rides along the Vélodyssée, golf, horse riding or exploring the surrounding area… there’s no shortage of ways to make the most of Messanges and the Landes.

The house offers beautiful, light-filled spaces, perfectly designed for a holiday.

On the ground floor:

You’ll find a large, welcoming living area comprising a lounge, sitting room and open-plan kitchen, all bathed in natural light and exuding a warm atmosphere.
