This 150 m² holiday let offers comfortable and practical living spaces. On the ground floor, the large living area combines a lounge, dining area and kitchen centred around a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen features a 5-burner hob, an oven, a fridge and a freezer. A floor-to-ceiling window opens directly onto the terrace. This level also comprises a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a wardrobe, a shower room accessible to people with reduced mobility featuring a shower, washbasin and heated towel rail, a disabled-accessible toilet, and a second shower room with a shower and heating. The washing machine is located in the hallway. Upstairs, the first bedroom has two 90 x 200 cm beds placed side by side, a washbasin, a chest of drawers and a cot.
