Traditional Breton house located in Locquirec, a small seaside resort on the north coast of Finistère, 30 km from the Côte de Granit Rose and 30 km from Roscoff. Village with sailing school and surf club. Within a 10 km radius, there are sand yachting, scuba diving and pony clubs.

For hikers, the GR34 coastal path and several short walks nearby: the PR26 "Entre Terre et Mer" passes less than 200 m away. During the summer season, you can easily get to the Ile de Batz (pier at Locquirec) or take advantage of the nearby bus stop to take the whole family to the beach.
