Close to Cotentin beach in Planguenoual (700m), the rental has a peaceful geographical location 10 minutes by car from the seaside resort of Pléneuf-Val-André. Access the house via the sunny terrace, the entrance leads to a large living room on the left (TV, DVD player), opposite a large independent kitchen, to the right a separate toilet and a bedroom with a 140x190 bed with flat screen and a bathroom. Upstairs, find a second large bedroom on the right with a 140x190 bed and after a corridor, a third spacious and bright bedroom with a 140x190 bed with flat screen.
