It is detached from my house and has its own private car park. On arrival, you'll discover a large garden with fruit trees, perfect for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the city. As you walk through the door, you'll be greeted by a spacious, light-filled interior, fully equipped for your comfort and well-being. On sunny days, you can enjoy your coffee or meal on the terrace at any time of day. And on less sunny days, you can enjoy the warmth of the inside of the gîte. On the ground floor, you'll find a fitted kitchen, a living room, a shower room, a bedroom with 1 double bed, a WC and a laundry room (washing machine + tumble dryer). Upstairs, there is a mezzanine with 2 single beds, an umbrella bed and a small relaxation area.
