Perfectly located for doing everything on foot, this flat is in a small, secure residence close to the main beach and the shops in the Saint Pierre district, a typical area with the Arago market and its fresh produce nearby, as well as the shops in the Presidents district. Make the most of your holiday by leaving your car in the garage and doing everything on foot: going to the beach, to the Remblai, enjoying the summer entertainment, strolling along the seafront and cycling along the cycle paths. This flat is on the 2nd and top floor without a lift.
