Beautiful sea views for this spacious and functional 80 m² semi-detached house for 6 people: a quiet house/duplex with two private outdoor areas, right on the water: just a stone's throw from the beautiful sandy beach of Trestel.

From the sofa, the kitchen and the two bedrooms on the ground floor, you can enjoy a superb view of the beach, which is much appreciated for its fine sand, gentle slope and good exposure. Ideal for a family.

\-Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen (hob, oven, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) opening onto a light and airy 21m² living room, cupboard and WC.

\-Upstairs: a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and a mezzanine with a sofa bed.

\-On the ground floor: a shower room with WC, hairdryer, washing machine and tumble dryer,
