This detached gîte comprises: entrance, living room (32 m2, two sofas, television, library, board games, fireplace with woodburner), kitchen (12 m2, ceramic hob, microwave, oven), pantry (washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, cupboards), 3 bedrooms (10 m2 each, 3 double beds, desk in one of them) with cupboards, 1 shower room (recent Italian shower, towel dryer, hairdryer, washbasin), separate WC. Reversible air conditioning. Sheets, towels and household linen for hire on request. Cleaning service optional. All you have to do is let us know by text message the day before your approximate time of arrival and on the day itself, after the lunch break, depending on traffic. On the same day, we show you around the house and are available to answer any questions you may have about the accommodation and possible activities in the area. At the end of your stay, we will read your electricity meter and assess your consumption.
