Facing the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel, it is located on the port of La Houle in Cancale, away from the tourist crowds and close to restaurants and shops. With a surface area of 42 m², this holiday rental, entirely on one level on the ground floor, can accommodate 3 people. In the immediate vicinity, you'll find the sea, with its ever-changing scenery at the mercy of the tides, numerous restaurants, shops, ice-cream parlours, fishmongers, and the GR 34 leading to the Pointe de Grouin or towards Mont Saint-Michel. Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan and Dol-de-Bretagne are all 20-40 minutes away and well worth a visit!
