With a surface area of 156 m², this villa has 4 bedrooms, 6 beds (5 double beds + 1 single bed), 2 shower rooms and 2 WCs, all distributed in a warm and comfortable space. The light-filled living room, separate kitchen, dining room and sitting room invite you to get together, while the 60 m² terrace offers uninterrupted sea views.

The enclosed grounds of 3,200 m², planted with trees, guarantee a natural, intimate setting protected from westerly winds. Ample private parking is also available on site.

The house is very well equipped: free Wi-Fi, fireplace, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, barbecue and garden furniture. It has baby facilities, making it ideal for families.
