Very bright and fully equipped: sofa bed (140cm bed with duvet, pillows and protectors), flat-screen TV + internet, large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker + espresso machine, toaster, kettle, cleaning products etc... The flat has a balcony with table and armchairs facing south/south-west, facing the sea and the beach. The town centre, Arago market and all shops are within walking distance. Optional extras: end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area) 40 euros, bed linen (2 sheets+2 pillowcases) 15 euros, bathroom linen (2 towels/person) 8 euros/person, cot with mattress and fitted sheet 10 euros.
