One-storey house, very comfortable, very quiet, overlooking the countryside and 500 m from the Moulin Neuf lake, ideal for up to 4 people.

Independent bedrooms: the 1st has a 160x200 bed, and the 2nd has 2 90x200 beds (sheets provided free of charge). Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate kitchen and living room. You will find all the equipment you need: washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, TV (2), DVD, hi-fi system, garden furniture, etc...

Household cleaning and hygiene products are available free of charge.

The south-facing terrace overlooks a huge garden.

Baby facilities: WC reducer, cot, pushchair, changing table, seat, etc.

The house is ideally located for the main beaches (12 km), the Pointe de la Torche (surfing, supervised beach), visits to heritage sites (numerous monuments in the area), cycling and walking (numerous circuits, including a greenway 500 m away, from the coast to the countryside) and shops (3 km). For fishing enthusiasts, there is the Moulin Neuf lake and the port of Guilvinec (12 km).
