Located 600 meters from the town center, 800 meters from the Le Mont-Dore thermal baths and 1 to 4km from the various ski areas, places of interest and entertainment. Living space of 100m2 with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs. Access to the chalet is at ground level, with no steps up from the hamlet's driveway. A second terrace of 25m2 is also accessible via a staircase. Two adjoining parking spaces.
