The gîte is located 10 minutes from the A75 motorway, shops, the Ardes sur Couzes wildlife park and the Vallée des Saints, 20 minutes from the Issoire aqualudic centre, 45 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand and the Michelin Adventure Centre, 1 hour from Le Puy de Dôme, Le Lioran, Super Besse and Vulcania. Perfect for walking (departure directly from the rental property), horse-riding (equestrian centre in the neighbouring village) or cycling. After a short climb up to the plateau surrounding the village, you'll have a magnificent 360° view: the Puy de Dôme on one side, the Haute Loire on the other with the Château de Léotoing and an exceptional impression of space. Stone lovers? Go and discover the Améthystes d'Auvergne in Forez (35 min away). On the last weekend in July, you can take advantage of the village festival, when the traditional bread oven is brought back into use and you can enjoy pizzas, apple pie and other delicious products. The accommodation has been refurbished in an old stone house.
