Welcome "Au pied des vagues", quiet and comfortable holiday apartment, nestled between the beaches of Saint-Enogat and Port Riou in Dinard, with direct access by the private road from the residence. You will enjoy the terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs open to the sea and sheltered from the prevailing winds. The accommodation with a surface area of 41 m2 is located on the "garden level" of the residence located on the rocky heights facing the sea (access by external stairs) You will find : - a separate entrance - an independent equipped kitchen (Hotplate - oven - fridge - washer / dryer - coffee maker - toaster - kettle - microwave - pressure cooker) - an independent bathroom - independent separate WC - a large living room with sleeping area, lounge and dining area with direct access to the terrace Entrance - separate wc - bathroom - small separate kitchen and large living room (dining area and living room (with TV) sleeping area (160 bed) Bed linen and tea towels provided Towels at the package on request The shops of the charming historic village of Saint Enogat are 500m away, you are 1km from the town center of Dinard (15 min on foot through the town or the coastal path leading to the beach of the Ecluse de Dinard) Free parking is possible in the streets near the residence located in a dead end, a turning area is set up and allows luggage to be deposited as close as possible to the apartment.
