This seaside villa called "Le Mistral" is typical of the Corniche Vendéenne. It is an integral part of the local landscape of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. Situated opposite Boisvinet beach and its sailing club, close to the shops and the Croix de Vie market, you can do everything on foot or by bike. The property has been renovated while retaining its charm and authenticity. The large living room offers magnificent ocean views, as do the 2 bedrooms upstairs.
