You arrive at the foot of the château, in the town centre with its shops and 3 weekly markets, and can return via the famous Jacobsen jetty reserved for bikes and pedestrians, with its breathtaking views over the marshes, the sea and the marina. This bright, comfortable house has been very well maintained. Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, study area with sofa, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) + 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm), shower room and separate WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (160cm), each with access to the bathroom, separate WC. Tiled garage with 2nd sink, washing machine/dryer, shower and storage space. A 40 m2 terrace covered by an electric awning adjoins the enclosed garden. A 2nd terrace on the enclosed courtyard side is also very pleasant.
