In the immediate vicinity of the shops (800m from the city center), and only 1km from the port and 2km from the Tossen Beach, you will appreciate the comfort of the house, the calm of the place and the proximity of the city center and port.

The house has on the ground floor a living room with 2 sofas, a television; a fitted and fully equipped kitchen, a dining table; a bathroom with double basin and walk-in shower; a separate WC; as well as an independent bedroom with 1 bed of 160.

Upstairs, the landing leads to a 2nd independent WC, an independent bedroom with 1 double bed; and a third independent bedroom with 2 single beds; all rooms are equipped with dressing.

Outside, according to your desires and the time of day, you can enjoy a terrace with garden furniture; a walled garden with deckchairs.
