Mixing old and new, l'Armoricaine offers you all the comfort for a pleasant stay near the town centre and only 2 KM from the beach. This house of character is an ideal base for visiting Cancale and its surroundings which are no less interesting. \_The assets of my holiday home with garden :\_ \- Its ideal location for visiting Cancale and going to the beach; \- Its large, fully enclosed garden; \- Its courtyard for parking cars; \- Its proximity to shops (Super U, bakery) at only 1 KM. \_The inside of my holiday home with garden :\_ The house is composed of a fully equipped independent kitchen. The living room, adjoining the kitchen, has a 2-seater sofa with 2 armchairs where you can settle down to watch television. A glass door gives light to this room and allows access to the large garden. On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms. One, overlooking the garden, is equipped with a 160 X 200 bed and a wardrobe. The other room, overlooking the courtyard, has two 90 X 200 beds and a desk. L'Armoricaine has two bathrooms with a walk-in shower and a single washbasin bathroom cabinet. The house also has two toilets. \_The outside of my holiday home with garden :\_ L'armoricaine has a beautiful exterior of 1000 m2, an ideal playground for children. If the garden is shared with the adjoining property, the terrace is well delimited by wooden fences to preserve your privacy. On sunny days, there are garden furniture and deckchairs for your meals or to relax. To be noted : \- Linen is optional at 20€ / person. The linen kit includes bed linen and 1 large and 1 small towel / person \- House adjoining another rental. The houses share the large garden of 1000 m2 but each has its own terrace separated by wooden fences to preserve the privacy of each. ## Home A member of our team will be on hand to welcome you. Here you'll find a wide range of shops, art galleries and a variety of businesses, some of them well-known, such as Rœllinger's, a veritable institution in Cancale. You can also take advantage of the market held every Sunday morning, whatever the season. During the summer, there are a number of events in the town for young and old alike. The Port de la Houle and its picturesque streets set against the cliffs are a must-see for a real Cancalaise experience. It's a lively place, with many bars and restaurants of all kinds, and you'll be charmed by its seafront terraces, its oyster market and its peaceful back streets, home to pretty fishermen's cottages. As you stroll along the quays, you'll enjoy a spectacular view over the bay of Mont Saint-Michel and be able to watch the ebb and flow of the tides, with the occasional oyster bed coming into view. If you're a keen walker, you can take the GR34, which offers breathtaking panoramic views. The Pointe du Grouin, the starting point for the Route du Rhum, located to the north of the commune, links the 2 seafronts: one overlooking the bay of Mont Saint-Michel, the other heading towards Saint-Malo and its Emerald Coast, dotted with magnificent beaches of fine sand. In Cancale, you'll find many fine sandy beaches hidden between cliffs and flora. There's something for everyone, from beautiful secluded coves to XXL beaches. There are also many inland footpaths where you can discover a rich and varied flora. Cancale is also an ideal base for visiting the whole region: Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Mont-Saint-Michel and the whole bay (Le Mont-Dol, Dol-de-Bretagne, etc.). ## Access map By car: house located in Cancale, on the Emerald Coast, about 20 minutes from Saint-Malo by car. By plane: Dinard Bretagne airport is the nearest airport to the Emerald Coast. Alternatively, Rennes airport is another convenient way of getting to Cancale. By bike: Cancale is a popular destination for nature and seaside breaks, and can be reached by bike depending on your itinerary.
