Isolated house located less than 10 minutes walk from the medieval village of Saint Martial. The surface is 50 m2 divided into 3 rooms to which must be added a pleasant terrace of 15 m2 and a welcoming shaded front door. A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190cm) and a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190cm) and a large living room. The bathroom and a toilet are independent. The kitchen area is in the living room.
