"Le Cutiot" in Lit et Mixe, for your holidays, we offer you our semi-detached house on one level, in a quiet and green family residence, on the edge of the pine forest and 9km from the ocean.

The house has just been renovated with a "moors and sea side" decoration.

It has a living room with sitting area and kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms, shower room, separate WC and two private terraces, one of which overlooks the pine forest. Free parking.

Many cycle paths in our pine forest await you for your bike rides, which you can store on the terrace. Other activities, horse riding, accrobranche, canoeing and of course the beach, to access a free shuttle with a departure from the centre of the village.

The village is 500m walk from the Mixeland residence, where you will find all the essential shops, as well as the market every morning in high season.

Weekly rental in high season and school holidays, minimum 2 nights.

Low season = 490 €/week

High season = 700 €/week
