It is located in a very quiet subdivision in a pleasant environment 900 metres from amenities (two weekly markets: Tuesday evening (organic) and Wednesday morning. Many tourist attractions await you: \- Concarneau: the walled city with its ramparts, the fishing museum, the marina, nautical activities and the "Filets Bleus" festival from 13 to 17 August 2025. Take a day trip to the Glénan archipelago for a change of scenery. \- PONT AVEN and its city of painters, its gastronomy, including the little delicacies: Breton galettes and palets for over a century! \- QUIMPER: the historic centre, the cathedral and the earthenware museum.
