Maison Kalisol is a charming 2-storey stone house, tastefully renovated in 2022. It is perfect for welcoming families or friends thanks to its spacious, bright rooms, its many indoor and outdoor facilities and its ideal location in the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel, between Brittany and Normandy. It is located in a small, peaceful hamlet less than 5 minutes' drive from the market town of Pleine-Fougères and its small shops (bakery, butcher's, mini-market, chemist's, bank, etc.). You will be very close to Mont Saint-Michel and Dol-de-Bretagne (15 km) and at equal distance from Fougères and Saint-Malo. Maison Kalisol - which sleeps up to 6 people - comprises : * Day side : - A beautiful, cosy living room (62 m2) with a wood-burning stove and sitting area with TV. - Living area with access to the garden - Separate, fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, electric oven, raclette fondue machine, dishwasher and food processor. - Laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. - Pleasant upstairs relaxation area with library and futon. * Night side: - Raspberry" attic bedroom for 2 people (bed 140x190cm) with washbasin. - Room "Safran" for 2 people (bed 140x190cm) - Fleurs des champs" room for 2 people (2 beds 90x190cm) (All beds are made up on arrival with quality cotton percale linen)_ * Sanitary facilities - Separate WC on ground floor - Upstairs shower room with large shower and 2 basins. WC on first floor. * Outside - You will appreciate the private enclosed garden (200 m²) to the rear of the house with barbecue, garden table and chairs. Je mets à votre disposition de nombreux documents pour faciliter votre séjour ( guide rando, classeurs de documents touristiques, adresses de restaurant ect...)
