Numerous signposted walking routes start at the foot of the residence (towards Tour Madeloc, Consolation, sentier du littoral, GR 10, etc.). The flat, located on the 1st and top floor, is very bright with an unobstructed view of the green spaces reserved for the residence and the surrounding hills (no overlooking, no view of the road, no noise pollution). A private parking space awaits you at the entrance to the residence, which also has a secure bicycle/stroller room. The landscaped areas around the residence are freely accessible. The flat sleeps 5 and comprises a spacious separate entrance with 2 storage cupboards. A door leads to a large, bright living room opening onto a shaded terrace where you can relax and enjoy your meals (table, chairs, electric grill).
