This renovated house is ideally located in a peaceful setting overlooking the small historic medieval town of Saint-Renan (former European tin capital) at the entrance to the Pays d'Iroise, 5 minutes' walk from the shops and several lakes with water sports activities and inflatable structures.

For leisure and relaxation, the beaches and must-see tourist sites are less than 20 minutes away (Pointe de Saint Mathieu, Petit Minou lighthouse, Berthaume fort in Plougonvelin, Le Conquet harbour, Océanopolis in Brest (the largest aquarium in Brittany) and the La Récré des 3 Curés theme park in Milizac, not forgetting the islands of Ouessant and Molène off the Mer d'Iroise).
