Stay in the centre of the Ile de Noirmoutier in this ideally located holiday rental, just 200 m from the Cantine beach and 150 m from the shops. Cycle paths are nearby, allowing you to discover the island by bike.

The house has an entrance hall leading to a large living room with a sitting area, a dining area and an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen. On the night side, there are 3 bedrooms: on the garden level, one with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room, and a toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and two bunk beds, and a bedroom with a double bed (160cm), plus a shower room and separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided for a fixed charge of €50.

Enjoy the enclosed garden with terrace and garden furniture. There is a covered area where you can enjoy your meals outside, in the shade and sheltered from bad weather. The garage is only accessible for weekly rentals. No smoking - Pets not allowed

The house is secured by two external cameras which are disconnected when you arrive and in your presence. They can be checked at your request.
