This village, emblematic of the South of France, is crossed by the Canal du Midi, offering a picturesque and authentic setting.

The heart of this village is just 800 meters from your stay. Nestled in a peaceful residential area, this new villa spans a generous 170 m² on one level and can accommodate up to 12 people.

From the moment you enter, you will be charmed by the spacious and light-filled layout of the villa. It comprises a large living/dining room flooded with natural light, facing south, and opening onto a 100 m² terrace.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a large fridge, freezer, coffee maker, oven, induction stove, microwave, and dishwasher.

An adjoining utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and spacious shelving provides additional storage space. The living room is large and comfortable, equipped with a TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi access.

For relaxation, you'll find four bedrooms, each with a large closet and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and sink. The bedroom configurations are as follows:

Available for rental from April due to ongoing works, the villa can be rented year-round with a minimum stay of 3 days, and from June onwards, only on a weekly basis.
