For a quiet stay, come and discover this Clévacances-certified gîte in Etables sur Mer between Saint Quay Portrieux and Pordic.This individual house of character, of approximately 70 m² has been completely renovated for a comfortable stay in all quality and in a cocoon atmosphere.

The rental consists of a spacious veranda for "early risers" breakfasts or long evenings.

On the ground floor, a tastefully decorated living room opening onto a spacious and well-equipped open kitchen. Set back from this part and at the end of a small corridor, a pleasant bedroom with its 160x200 bed and a bathroom. Upstairs, a landing serving two independent bedrooms and a second bathroom.

The center of the resort as well as these shops is less than three kilometers away as well as very beautiful beaches.
