It is located in a quiet area, 7' walk from the large beach and leisure activities, shops and restaurants. 10' walk from the beaches of "la pissotte" and "la fresnaie" by the coastal paths (GR 34) with a breathtaking view of Fort la Latte and Cap Fréhel !!

Everything to have a pleasant stay without necessarily having to take your car in this very beautiful seaside resort!

House composed, on the ground floor, of a charming living room with lounge area (sofa bed) and dining area which open onto a fully equipped kitchen. Also, bathroom and separate wc.

Upstairs, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), "cabin" bedroom (90 bunk beds ideal for children) and separate toilet.

Everything you need for babies available on request (cot, high chair, bath, changing mat...)!
