For cyclists and pedestrians, there are beautiful walks along the canal from Nantes to Brest, the river Oust, and of course, the Voie Verte (there is a garage for your bikes). The flat will be finished in 2023. There is a large bedroom for a couple, and a second bedroom with two single beds. The living room has a television, wifi and access to the loggia.
