Spend a holiday as close as possible to the ocean in this villa on the edge of the dune, just a few steps from the beach, with uninterrupted ocean views.

The house is split over two levels:

\- The entrance is on the ground floor (100% PRM) where you'll find a kitchen opening onto a pleasant terrace shaded by a pergola, a sports room, a bedroom with two 90cm beds, a bathroom with hammam, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a second bedroom with a 160cm bed, a separate toilet, and a PRM-accessible shower room with toilet.

\- Upstairs, the staircase opens directly onto the very bright living room with its magnificent ocean views. The fitted kitchen is an extension of the living room. The sleeping area is on the other side of the living room and comprises: a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a suite with a 160cm bed and en suite shower room, a bedroom with two 90cm beds, and a shower room with wc.

Upstairs, all the rooms open onto a balcony that affords a unique view.

The garden surrounds part of the house and features a spa, an outdoor shower for returning from the beach, a swing and a large sheltered terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. A paddle and a canoe are also available during your stay.
