Comfortable 2023 house 250 m from the Ria d'Etel and its coastal paths. Near the very pretty port of the old passage between Belz and Plouhinec. Ideally located between Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan, Lorient, Carnac and the Quiberon Peninsula. 4 km from Saint Cado..

Beach 400 m. Quiet house, far from the road. Only the sound of birds and the sea in the distance can be heard.

It consists of a living room-kitchen, a lounge that can be isolated from the living room thanks to the pocket door (140x190 sofa bed), a large entrance with cupboard, a pantry with washing machine, a parental area composed of a 12 m² bedroom (1 160x200 bed), a 9.3 m² office (with 140x200 sofa bed) and a bathroom with WC.

On the other side of the house are 2 other bedrooms of 14.1 m² (2 80x200 beds) and 12.3 m² (1 140x190 bed) and a bathroom with WC. Dressing room in each bedroom.

A true holiday home, it is designed to share good times with family or friends.
