Ideal for fishing enthusiasts and nature lovers. This detached, air-conditioned house has been completely renovated for a pleasant stay with friends or family. With a surface area of 135m², our accommodation can sleep up to 10 people. The ground floor of the gîte offers a 25m² fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with connected TV, a sofa bed, a wood-burning fireplace (wood available at extra cost) and an office area. There is also a shower room with shower, WC and combined washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, you'll find 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 160 cm double bed. A second bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed. An extra bed is available, as well as a cot and mattress. The third and fourth bedrooms are master suites, each with a 160 cm double bed and a shower area. There is also a separate WC on the first floor. Outside, you'll find a vast, relaxing 3,000 m² plot, fenced on 3 sides (2 entrance gates), a spacious terrace at the front, a barbecue, a petanque area and a swing for the little ones.
