This house enjoys a privileged location around 150 metres from the beaches of Kervinni (opposite the Île Vierge lighthouse, the highest lighthouse in Europe, accessible by boat from spring) and the sheltered beach of Saint-Cava, ideal for paddling and canoeing. It's also a great base for visiting some very beautiful and exceptional tourist sites, including the Ile Wrac'h lighthouse, not forgetting the 3 Abers or the beautiful Côte des Légendes, with the fishing village of Ménéham, the Pontusval lighthouse and the beautiful GR 34 coastal footpaths or the V5 cycle route.
