Rental of our holiday cottage 'La Bijetterie' in the Poitevin marsh, include on the ground floor a living room of 32 m², equiped kitchen, lounge, sofa, TV plasma 107 cm. A shower-room with walk-in shower, heated towel rail and toilet.

A washing machine is also available in the laundry room.

Upstairs two bedrooms, the first with a bed of 140cm and the second furnished with two beds 90cm and a mezzanine with trundle sofa bed.

You will be able to relax on a space of 800 m ² with private swimming pool 8x4m heated from June 1 to September 30, terrace and its living room of garden, barbecue, garage, corner lawn and its loungers. Ping pong table at your disposal.

Located from 4km of the village of Vix. Village with all amenities. 30 minutes from La Rochelle, 1 hour from Puy du Fou and Futuroscope, 45 minutes from Vendee beaches, 1 hour from Ile de Re, in the heart of the Poitevin marsh, near Damvix, Coulon, Maillezais Abbeys and Nieul on the Autize, the mining center of Faymoreau. 20 minutes from the forest of Mervent, Vouvant, near a nature reserve of the island of Charrouin.

Our holiday cottage is located at the edge of bike paths and hiking trails and close to a river for sinners.

Cottage renovated in 2013.

No pets allowed.

Possibility to take the cleaning fee at 50 €.

Sheets and towels are provided and included in the rates
