## Description

François and Corine welcome you to the south of the Vendée in this charming stone house in the Marais Poitevin; 30 minutes from La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, 1 hour from the beaches of the Vendée coast (Les Sables d'Olonne, La Fautes sur Mer, La Tranche sur Mer...), Futuroscope and Puy du Fou. There is a bakery in the village 5 minutes' walk away, and all shops in Fontenay le Comte 8 km away. We have also been awarded 3 épis by Gîte de France Vendée.

The ground floor comprises a living room with open-plan fitted kitchen and a spacious lounge.

Upstairs is a bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), a bathroom with WC, a second bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) giving access to a through cabin (-7m²) with 2 separate single beds (90cm).

In a separate annex, you will find a bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm), a bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and a shower room with WC.

Between the house and the annex, a summer kitchen that can be closed off by a roller shutter is the ideal place for socialising.

Outside, you'll find an enclosed courtyard with flowers, an in-ground, unheated swimming pool that's not overlooked, a terrace with garden furniture and a play area with table tennis, darts and various children's games.
