Description

Small apartment in a charming village in the Nice hinterland, 180° panoramic view of the natural and preserved Estéron valley from the balcony. Refurbished, the 35m2 apartment is very pleasant with through openings to benefit from the coolness in summer. Access is via the main street, the apartment is located on the lower level of the house allowing you to enjoy the calm. The open kitchen is composed of a well-equipped kitchenette, the living room with dining table and lounge area (sofa bed), the bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom with shower and WC. The village of Sigale has all the charm of the small hilltop villages of the hinterland, with its square, its shaded alleys, its small restaurant-bar. The natural environment is exceptional with many hikes to do, water activities (swimming, canyoning ...) in the nearby river. The main amenities are in Roquesteron (5 min) and all amenities in Puget-Théniers (20 min). Located just 1 hour from Nice and the Côte d'Azur, there are many tourist sites to discover for a stay of a few nights or a week : - the Aiglun, Riolan and Saint-Auban gorges - the Estéron valley - the Entrevaux citadel - the Cians and Daluis gorges - Saint-Paul de Vence, Gourdon, Tourrettes-sur-Loup - The Côte d'Azur with Nice, Monaco, Antibes... - The Vésubie valley and the Mercantour
