The villa is rated 3 stars and open all year round. The 105 m² villa is air-conditioned in the summer season and heated in the cold period, in order to provide you with optimal comfort. You will find: \- A large pleasant living room perfect for relaxing with its lounge area with television and wifi access, its comfortable leather sofa and its 2 rattan armchairs + its dining area and the open, equipped and recent kitchen (3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven and microwave, Senseo and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ...). Everything you need to cook like at home! \- 3 bedrooms, including 2 bedrooms with 90 cm beds and a 3rd bedroom with a 140 cm bed. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with storage space, a small desk, a bedside table with bedside lamp. The bedroom with the 140 cm bed also gives access to a private terrace. \- a modern bathroom with bathtub and shower over the bathtub, \- a spacious separate toilet with small sink. \- outside, you can enjoy a fenced garden for relaxation or games, two terraces, one of which, facing south, offers a relaxation room and plancha, ideal for moments of relaxation and/or conviviality.
