Description
Below the small village of St Martin, this gite is a haven of peace. Facing the green meadows, you can relax and appreciate this functional single-storey house. You only have to follow the small road to reach the fine sandy beaches. Made famous after being trampled by American divisions in June 1944, they are also preserved and provide a perfect setting for long walks. These areas are also registered in the PNR of the Marais du Cotentin. A few kilometres further back, St M église and its shops are another tourist hotspot in the area. Rent fully on the ground floor (one step to the entrance) with an entrance-laundry (washing machine), a kitchen (oven, dishwasher, gas hob, fridge with freezer) open to the living room (Wi-Fi internet TV) You will have 2 bedrooms (one with a large bed of 160/200 and the other with 2 beds of 90/190), a bathroom with shower and independent toilets. Central heating electric boiler (8 kw included in consumption per day, beyond price depending on the number of kw consumed). Sheets provided and beds made on arrival. Optional towels for rent 6 euros per person. Outside, the backyard, with no views, is gated and private with a wooden patio, a garden lounge and sun loungers.
