This spacious gîte is ideal for holidays with family, friends or groups, and will win you over with its absolute peace and quiet, yet close proximity to activities and amenities. The interior combines modern comforts with a warm ambience, with a large, bright living room offering uninterrupted views over the surrounding countryside. There's a fully-equipped kitchen and a cosy living room, perfect for relaxing in peace and quiet. A private, secure terrace, with the option of using a barbecue, lets you enjoy the pleasures of the outdoors in complete privacy. The gîte extends over the first and second floors of a charming stone house, adjoining the owners' home, who will be discreet but available if needed. The five bedrooms, spread over two levels, can be adapted to suit your needs. There are also two shower rooms, a bathroom, two WCs and a fully-equipped utility room (washing machine, dishwasher, television, DVD player). Upstairs, a second living room on a mezzanine is furnished with board games for the children, but can also be transformed into an additional sleeping area for your group. Without GPS, coming from Caen, leave the ring road in the direction of Flers. At Thury Harcourt, follow signs for Falaise, then a few hundred metres further on, follow signs for Esson. In Esson, turn left after the multi-purpose hall, towards Donnay.
