This authentic stone house completely renovated, in the traditional style of Coutançais, and well isolated, is located in a peaceful hamlet of the town of Agon-Coutainville, 2km from the sea and the beach.

On the ground floor, from the courtyard, you can access, on the west side, a large open space where are the dining room, kitchen and living room.

Coming from Coutances, go through Tourville-sur-mer and take the D 650 Blainville-sur-mer, Lessay, taking the slip road on the right, just before the road bridge. The hamlet of La Beuverie is on the left at the second crossroads, and La Gannière is at number 5 bis.
