Located in an annexe of the Arith dairy, the gîte has its own entrance on the first floor.

The entrance opens onto the living room, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen: microwave, electric oven, 2 induction hobs, 1 fridge, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker.

There is a separate bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a large wardrobe. Window with roller shutter.

The lounge/dining room has a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people. It has a pellet stove.

Shower room with wc and walk-in shower.
